Socialising, creativity and relaxation – Our summer programme
8–25 July | Words, Theatre & Wellbeing: Discover the works of the Litera writing group, take part in readings and writing workshops, let the kids get a taste of theatre, or relax with a foot reflexology massage.
26 July – 5 August | Art, Games & Leisure: Unwind with morning games, exhibitions, exciting stories and cosy chats by the lake.
6–9 August | Poetry & Health: Enjoy a subtle finale with a poetic and meditative reading by Lis Eymann and an exhibition on self-directed health education.
