In November, truffles take centre stage at the table in the Lake Murten Region!
As part of the Murten Truffle Market week, discover two tasting experiences centred around truffles, paired with wines from the Vully region. Each workshop includes 5 small truffle-based creations and 5 wines, presented by the winemaker. The experience lasts approximately two hours.
Regional Truffle Workshop – CHF 70.–
A gourmet experience celebrating regional truffles and wines from the Vully.
At Château Salavaux, the workshops take place on Thursday, 12 and Friday, 13 November 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, in collaboration with Madeleine Ruedin Vins.
At Murtenhof & Krone, the regional truffle workshop is offered on Saturday, 14 November at 11:30 am and 5:30 pm, as well as on Sunday, 15 November at 11:30 am.
The programme includes 5 small culinary creations accompanied by 5 wines for tasting. The wines are presented by the winemaker, while the host introduces you to the history and atmosphere of the venue.
