ingredients:
- 1 baking dish
- 2 to 3 slices stale bread
- 150 gr vacherin fribourgeois
- 1cl white wine
- 20 gr butter
- 1 spoon mustard (medium hot)
- 1 tomato
- 1 slice of ham
- 2 pickles
preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Mix butter and mustard to make a homogeneous paste.
- Spread the slices of stale bread with the butter and mustard mixture.
- Slice the tomato
- Pour the white wine into the dish
- Arrange the slices of bread spread in the bottom of your dish.
- Arrange 3 slices of tomato
- Arrange the slice of ham
- Above all, put the Fribourg vacherin on top.
- Finally, 2 slices of tomato
- Bake in hot oven - 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and add the gherkins to garnish.
