Our chatbot is based on artificial intelligence from OpenAI. It uses the ChatGPT API and is trained on tourism data specific to the Fribourg region. The information provided by our chatbot is based on this data. Our chatbot is still in a learning phase and is continually improving. Although we endeavour to keep this information up to date and correct, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, reliability, completeness or relevance at all times.

The information and recommendations provided by our chatbot are for information purposes only and in no way replace the professional advice of our tourist offices. We recommend that you check this information on our website, with our tourist offices or directly with the service providers concerned, particularly with regard to opening times, conditions of access to activities or walks, prices or accommodation options.

Fribourg and its technical partner decline all responsibility for any action taken on the basis of the information provided by the chatbot, and cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided.

• Non-responsibility: by using the chatbot, you agree that the Union fribourgeoise du tourisme and its technical provider shall not be held responsible for any action taken on the basis of the information provided by the chatbot, or for any direct or indirect, consequential or special loss resulting from the use or inability to use the chatbot.
• Personal data: the chatbot may collect certain personal data to improve your user experience. By using the chatbot, you consent to the collection and use of your information.
• Changes to conditions: the Union fribourgeoise du tourisme or its technical service provider reserve the right to change these conditions of use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these terms of use regularly to keep informed of any changes.
