La guía «Gault&Millau Suiza 2025» incluye 25 restaurantes en el cantón de Friburgo. Con 18 puntos, Les Trois Tours de Bourguillon es el mejor restaurante gastronómico del cantón. El Chef Romain Paillereau es, por tanto, una de las estrellas emergentes del año y figura en la lista de los 1000 mejores restaurantes del mundo. El restaurante Le Sommet del Hotel Les Montagnards de Broc y la Pinte des Mossettes de Cerniat, donde Nicolas Darnauguilhem fue nombrado «Cocinero Verde del Año», recibieron 17 puntos. Los restaurantes Le Pérolles, La Cène y Hôtel de Ville en Friburgo tienen 16 puntos, por lo que no es de extrañar que la ciudad de Friburgo sea miembro de la Red de Ciudades Creativas de la UNESCO en el ámbito de la gastronomía desde 2023. A total of 25 restaurants are listed in the 2025 Gault & Millau guide for the canton of Fribourg. With 18 points, the Les Trois Tours in Bourguillon is the best gourmet restaurant in the canton. Chef Romain Paillereau is therefore one of the rising stars of the year – and is on the list of the 1000 best restaurants in the world. The restaurant Le Sommet in the Hotel Les Montagnards in Broc and the Pinte des Mossettes in Cerniat, where Nicolas Darnauguilhem was named ‘The Green Chef of the Year’, have been awarded 17 points. Le Pérolles, La Cène and the Hôtel de Ville in Fribourg have 16 points – so it’s no wonder that the city of Fribourg has been a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of gastronomy since 2023. The Hôtel de Ville in Rue (14 points) as well as the restaurants Com’ça (14 points) and L’Ecu in Bulle (13 points) also scored one point more than last year.
