Mont Vully
En las riberas del lago de Murten, el Mont Vully culmina a 653 metros. Su cima tiene una vista fantástica: el horizonte se abre sobre los viñedos y el lago, hasta las cumbres nevadas de los Alpes de Berna. Por encima de Môtier, las grutas del Vully, excavadas en la arenisca por la infantería durante la primera guerra mundial, infunden ganas de aventura. ¡No se olvide de la linterna!
Mont Vully is only 653 m high but has magnificent views. The vista from its ridge extends across vineyards and the lake to the snow-covered peaks of the Bernese Alps. The Vully sandstone caves are situated on the southern slope above Môtier. These defensive tunnels were excavated by the Swiss army during World War I, and are now a fascinating area to explore. Remember to bring a torch!
