La Maison Cailler en Broc es un lugar popular. En 2025, celebra su 15º aniversario y rinde homenaje a 150 años de chocolate con leche. Desde 2023 hay incluso una conexión ferroviaria directa desde Berna. Además de un recorrido interactivo por la historia del chocolate y la marca Cailler con degustación, los visitantes pueden participar a varios talleres colectivos bajo la dirección de expertos.
En Friburgo, los amantes del chocolate pueden visitar la histórica tienda de Chocolat Villars. En la Rue de Lausanne 17, Jorge Cardoso, maestro chocolatero y doble campeón del mundo, presenta obras maestras a gran escala elaboradas íntegramente con chocolate, ¡como San Nicolás desde diciembre de 2024! También hay mucho que disfrutar en la chocolatería Mon Chocolatier en Estavayer-le-Lac, en la Chocolaterie de Gruyères y en la de Romain Leemann, en Bulle.
Maison Cailler is legendary and celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2025. At the same time, it is honouring 150 years of milk chocolate. Since 2023, a train service takes travellers from Bern directly to Broc-Fabrique. In addition to an interactive tour of the history of chocolate and the Cailler brand with a tasting session, visitors can try their hand at various group workshops under expert guidance.
In Fribourg city, chocolate lovers visit the historic shop of Chocolat Villars. There is also world champion chocolatier Jorge Cardoso, who amazes visitors with his incredible life-size sculptures in the Rue de Lausanne. Since November 2024, you will meet Saint Nicholas in his shop. Mon Chocolatier in Estavayer-le-Lac, the Chocolaterie de Gruyères and the studio of chocolatier Romain Leemann in Bulle are well worth a visit too.
