The Sainte-Croix Institute was founded by the nuns of Menzingen.

Created by the nuns of Menzingen, this building – with Germanic architecture – hosts the first higher school for girls in the region. For a long time it was the only place of training for young women, the establishment closed in 1986. Property of the city, the building houses a residence for seniors. Cross the ground floor to enjoy the gardens.
