Enjoy the traditional Bénichon menu in the city's restaurants or at the society stalls.
Throughout the weekend, the Grand-Rue will come alive with food and drink stalls run by local societies (Intersociétés de la Ville de Bulle), who join forces to offer visitors a unique experience in the heart of the city. Visitors will have the chance to savor the delights of Bénichon (cuchaule with Bénichon mustard, Borne ham, leg of lamb, cheese, and meringues with double cream) in the city's restaurants or at the society stalls.
One of the highlights of the event will be the installation of a stage at the top of Grand-Rue, where regional societies will have the opportunity to bring their traditions to life through performances of folk music and dance. At the same time, workshops on the making of local specialties, such as bricelets, will allow participants to immerse themselves further in Bénichon traditions.
The Place du Marché will also be a lively spot, featuring carousels to entertain both young and old.
