Every summer, the Rencontres de Folklore Internationales de Fribourg (RFI) bring together eight to ten ensembles from around the world.
Every group perform its traditional folklore of their countries, either in its authentic form or adapted for the stage.
Nearly 300 dancers, singers, and musicians gather in Fribourg to share the joy, vibrancy, and rich colors of their traditions with festival audiences.
