Discover the magnificent courtship displays of the black grouse!
As soon as winter ends, the cocks set out to defend their territory and woo the females in order to mate. They perform spectacular displays in open areas, at the first light of day.
We will make our way gently up to an ‘arena’ where we will have the chance to witness this spellbinding spectacle, whilst remaining discreet so as not to disturb these sensitive and endangered birds. To ensure this, we will be a small group of 8 people.
