Tired of fitness programs that promise the moon but deliver nothing? Don’t worry! Jo & Alex, two fitness influencers obsessed with 80s synthpop, have created a brand-new four-step plan to help you achieve even your wildest dreams. Ready, set, go! Aerobics beats kick in, the energy skyrockets, the machine goes wild… Hold on tight!
