Once you are at Broc, you cannot help visiting the Maison Cailler, the Swiss chocolate factory par excellence. Your taste buds will be grateful! The medieval town of Gruyères, also on the route, is the ideal place for a cultural and gastronomic stop: the Gruyères castle and the demonstration cheese factory “La Maison du Gruyère” are simply a must! The route continues through the authentic Intyamon valley that is rich in Alpine pastures and in the pastoral cheese tradition.
