Ingredients :
• 400g sugar
• 4 entire eggs
• 650g white flour
• 75g anise
• 1 tea spoon of anise essence
• 1dl oil
• 1 tea spoon of salt
• 1 tea spoon of ammonia carbonate
Preparation :
Break the eggs, add the sugar, the salt, the oil, the anise and the ammonia carbonate in a bowl. Mix the whole with a whisk for about ten minutes. Add flour and work quickly. Cover with a cloth and let stand for 2 to 4 hours. To shape them, roll them in the sugar in sections of about 12 cm by 1 cm diameter. Bake at 200° for 5 to 8 min.
