This original route linking Salavaux to Vallamand aims to help you discover the many restaurants in the Vully-les-Lacs commune: from the campsite bar to the gastronomic restaurant, via the café du commerce, Thai cuisine and the perch fillets from our lakes, there is something for everyone.
In our region, it is impossible to talk about gastronomy without mentioning the Vully cake: salty, it is the perfect accompaniment to Vully wines, and sweet, it makes a delicious dessert. These cakes are traditionally baked over a wood fire in communal ovens. Each village has its own recipe for Vully cake.
