Algunas pequeñas cervecerías de Friburgo defienden la elaboración artesanal de cerveza tradicional y la hacen accesible. La primera cerveza certificada «Fribourg-regio.garantie», «La Petiote», fue elaborada por la Brasserie du Dzô en diciembre de 2022. There are several small craft breweries established in Fribourg that uphold the craft of traditional brewing and make it accessible. The first beer certified with the ‘Fribourg-regio.garantie’ label is called ‘La Petiote’ and was brewed in December 2022 by Brasserie du Dzô. This was followed by the beers ‘Toutèdici’ from Fri-Mousse and ‘Bénichon’ from the Fleisch und Brau brewery. How about a brewing course or a tasting?
