When Jean-Claude Pesse roams the Fribourg Pre-Alps, his mules are always by his side. They convey the cheese made on the mountain dairy farms, but also deeply held values like the respect for nature and traditions. In summer, you can join them as they make their way up to the mountain. From then on, the pleasure of savouring Swiss mountain cheese will always be linked with the intense emotion of walking with mules.
