Demonstration of cheese making and direct sale of products.
Family farm located in Gruyères in winter and in various mountain pastures on Moléson in summer. From May to October, we make alpine cheese over a wood fire using milk from our 45 cows. Direct sale of our alpine products all year round. In summer, tours of the production facilities and breakfasts in the mountain pastures are available by reservation. We welcome groups of adults and children.
