Located at 1,100 metres at the foot of Moléson, the Alpine Cheese Dairy offers a gourmet break in an authentic 17th-century chalet surrounded by the pastures of La Gruyère. Easily reached on foot from the parking area and public transport, it serves regional specialities with table service, with 50 indoor seats and a 70-seat terrace. In summer, visitors can also discover traditional alpine cheese-making through demonstrations, combining local flavours, craftsmanship and heritage.
