Whether it be summer or winter, its with family that we have fun at La Berra! A stone throw away from Fribourg and Bulle, La Berra's summit at 1719 m, offers a breath taking views.
In summer, in addition to the traditional walks in the mountain restaurants, 2 downhill mountain bike trails, 1 disc golf, hiking trails, a playground, and panoramic tables are available to you. Access by TPF bus on weekends from La Roche.
It would also be difficult not to mention the restaurant du Brand, the Gîte d'Allières (currently closed), and the Chalet La Berra with their traditional hot meals served all year round.
In winter, there is 1 mixed lift, 1 conveyor belt, and 4 ski lifts, 1 rope lift, and 1 snowpark that take you to the 20 km of slopes, of which 4 km are artificially snowed. La Berra also offers 2 restaurants, a free picnic area, a ski school (www.essslaberra.ch), and a rental shop.
Additionally, 5 snowshoe trails are marked. Access by TPF bus on weekends from La Roche
