The smell of bread baked over an open fire!
André Isenegger, a passionate craftsman, is offering an introduction to baking using traditional methods: breads made by slow fermentation using natural leaven. After demonstrations, participants will get to work kneading and shaping the bread, preparing focaccia, pizzas and other creamy tarts that will be shared with the meal. Everyone goes home with a variety of breads and a recipe booklet.
