The must-attend gathering for traditional jazz enthusiasts in Bulle.
Three words to define the Bulle New Orleans: swing, open air, and free for all. A small team of volunteer musicians, mostly passionate, worked throughout the year to maintain the spirit of the founders and offer jazz enthusiasts unforgettable moments in the heart of our beautiful Gruyère.
As the castle courtyard is under repair, for this 18th edition, the festival offers a return to the roots with a friendly scene in the authentic Music Kiosk on the Place du Marché in Bulle. A canteen located at the front will shelter the public in case of bad weather. A bar and a food stand will allow attendees to dine and refresh themselves with music.
The party will begin on Friday at 5:45 PM with 4 groups taking turns on stage. On Saturday, the Mobile Dixieland Band will liven up the restaurant terraces from 4 PM. The concerts will continue from 6 PM on the music kiosk stage.
Once again this year, the festival offers a good mix of New Orleans, Blues, and Boogie Woogie. It awaits many of you to share music and conviviality.
