Guided walk through Grandvillard, listed in the Federal Inventory of Built Sites of National Importance (ISOS) and ranked among the most beautiful villages in Switzerland.
The visit revolves around cheesemaking, which has given rise to an intact built heritage. With Patrice Borcard, a resident of the village, historian and president of the Park, you will discover the golden age of Gruyère, the characters hiding behind the stone facades, and the challenges related to the preservation of an agricultural heritage in full transformation. The highlight of the walk is a moment of sharing while tasting local produce.
