Founded in 1990 in the heart of Bulle, the Francomanias Festival has become one of the major musical events in French-speaking Switzerland!
Each year, at the end of summer, the capital of the Gruyère region transforms into the stage for this popular and unifying event, welcoming both internationally renowned artists and emerging talents from Switzerland and beyond.
For four days, Bulle’s most iconic locations – such as the Town Hall and the Market Square – are transformed into unique stages, creating a special concert atmosphere where closeness to the artists means intimacy and quality. A true hallmark of the festival!
This year, due to renovation work at the Castle, the usual stage in the Castle Courtyard will not be available. But no worries! Ebullition, Bulle’s iconic cultural venue, will step in. With its warm ambiance and unique architecture as a former cinema, it promises festival-goers a memorable experience.
With free access, the city center and the Castle Moat area remain dedicated to strolling and culinary delights, featuring various bar zones, world food stands, and welcoming spaces for relaxation and entertainment.
