The Fondue Academy is a space of over 70 m² designed as a classroom, featuring a central island with 4 induction plates and desks (tables and chairs) all around, accommodating fondue students.
This original and fun concept teaches students the art of making fondue. Learn from the best and become a fondue master. Opening hours
- Daily from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM by reservation only
- The Fondue Academy is used as a dining room for the restaurant “Le Chalet de Gruyères” during peak times (no courses are given in this case)
