The restaurant L'Unique propose a new concept: eating on the Gruyère Lake in the Unique Boat.
The boat can welcome 6 to 9 people, for a trip on the Gruyère Lake around one of the chosen menu. The choices: The Fondueboat and the Grillboat. This experience is guaranteed from May to September. If the water level of the lake is sufficient, the experience can be extended until mid-October.
