This studio of around 23 m2 is located on the ground floor of a new family home. It has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and toaster, a 180cm king-size bed and a modern shower room. For your convenience, there is a free high-speed WiFi connection.
The well-insulated building is solar-powered, so it's well heated in winter, and the studio stays cool even in the hottest weather because the rear is underground.
