Immerse yourself in a world of authentic flavors in the heart of Gruyère: the Swiss Fair of Taste and Terroir, held every autumn at Espace Gruyère in Bulle (Fribourg), is a must-visit gastronomic event, both friendly and festive.
This fair is a true celebration of local products. Each year, over 300 exhibitors showcase more than 5,000 artisanal specialties from all 18 Swiss cantons and beyond. Over the years, it has established itself as a nationally recognized event, highlighting Swiss culinary traditions.

For the 25th edition, taking place from October 29 to November 2, 2025, the highlights will be: Liechtenstein, ChasseSuisse, and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
