On Saturday, 29 August 2026, the Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut Regional Nature Park invites the public to Montbovon for its traditional Park Day.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., residents and visitors are invited to share a free day of discoveries, encounters, and experiences centred around a theme that has profoundly shaped the territory: milk, cheese, and heritage.
Through animations, demonstrations, tastings, and visits, this edition offers the chance to explore the multiple connections that unite landscapes, craftsmanship, mobility, and local history. Behind every cheese wheel lies a vibrant territory, where alpine pastures, paths, artisans, means of transport, and exchanges have, over the centuries, contributed to the construction of a true regional identity.
