The Franco-Swiss artist Vidya Gastaldon takes possession of the rooms of Château de Gruyères to unfold a sensitive cosmology where matter and spirit merge.
Like wall-breakers, her paintings and installations emerge between the walls, revealing invisible spaces.
Between figuration and abstraction, her work composes a cartography of consciousness that is both joyful and metaphysical. It invites the viewer to transcend appearances and inhabit the paradoxes of existence in the experience of a cosmic laugh.
