When he is not reciting tales, Dominique Pasquier devotes himself to summering.
During this outing to the Les Tservettes alpine pasture high above Grandvillard, he shares his knowledge and passion for the profession. There will be a demonstration of herd management and grazing, as well as the work of shepherd dogs and the risks associated with predators. A day to experience the life of a shepherd. At noon, a moment of sharing is planned around a meal at the chalet featuring locally produced meat products.
