Meals will be served in the main kitchen providing the cosiness and welcoming warmth I like to extend to any guest, friend or family visiting this tranquil retreat in the mountains.
A continal breakfast is served. On request and prior reservation, culinary extras can be catered for including evening meals – from the traditional cosy comfort food to more elaborate dishes, all sourced from local products such as Simmental beef, blue lake trout or vegetables, not forgetting the multitude of cheeses and the double cream which figure proudly among the signature products of La Gruyère.
The evening meal is composed of a starter, a main course and a desert. Wine as well as drinks are included.
