From the town known for its local produce to the village of chocolate fame is an easy walk through the Bouleyres forest.
We suggest that on leaving Bulle station, you walk through the castle gardens leading to the Musée gruérien. We do recommend you visit it. You’ll be able to see in this permanent exhibition presenting the history of the region.
After you have visited the museum and your senses have been aroused, we suggest a little walk in the forest. Opposite the museum is the start of the "Chemin de Bouleyres" which takes you there.
Follow the main forest path to the clearing. From there, you will be able to see the Dent de Broc in front of you, and further to the right, the Vanils range. By turning to the left, you come back onto the Route de Morlon, and you proceed towards Broc.
Whatever’s that nice smell ? Could it be the lovely aroma of chocolate? Effectively, you are at the Broc-Fabrique, the chocolate factory. Are your taste buds tingling? To get some chocolate to eat, you are welcome to visit the factory!
