An easy walk along the Lac de la Gruyere, through a rural and relaxing setting, all based on a water theme.
5 didactic signposts have been installed along the trail around the Lac de la Gruyere.
The signposts provide appropriate information and teaching, promoting the knowledge of the cultural, geographical and environmental resources, about the history of the region and the lake, the economy, hydropower, the flora and wildlife.
It takes approximately an hour to discover this rustic trail from the starting point to the end of the trail near the golf course.
It is advised to wear appropriate walking shoes.
Warning: Be careful when arriving at the forests edge, where you will be crossing the golf course, so beware.
When you approach the first houses, 2 solutions are available to you:
Continue along the trail around the Lac de la Gruyere (following the yellow signposts)
Follow the main roads and paths that will take you up to the village of Pont-la-Ville, where you will re-join the marked trail, (see the map of the layout in the map section).
