Nestled in the heart of the Fribourg Pre-Alps, Le Baron restaurant is now dedicated to socially conscious cuisine deeply rooted in its local area. With seating for just twenty, the restaurant offers an intimate experience, where the tasting menus change with the seasons and the ingredients available.
The menu showcases Swiss produce, mainly sourced from the Charmey region and its surroundings, used to prepare homemade dishes.
As members of the Cook Alliance association of Slow Food Switzerland, the restaurant places paramount importance on the produce to ensure the sustainability and longevity of what is offered to guests.
