Originating from the Coopérative SucréSalé, the restaurant Les Halles is a non-profit social enterprise focused on the professional reintegration of individuals with health issues, particularly mental health challenges. You will be warmly welcomed by the team in a friendly and family-oriented setting.
Their producers are local, their products are seasonal, preferably sourced from organic agriculture, and their restaurant is labelled « Fait maison ».
