Let yourself be tempted by the Bénichon menu, on a tour of various local businesses.
Thanks to the 5-stage route proposed in the town of Bulle, you will explore the flavours that characterise these typical dishes. From the cuchaule and its mustard to the gourmet coffee, you will stroll through the historical centre and savour leg of lamb as well as the local produce. Stops are offered along the way to taste the dishes on the menu in a tasting version.
You may also taste the dishes available directly from the service providers.
To round off this tasty escapade, there is folk music on the programme!
An artisanal market will take place in the Parc du Cabalet from 10:00 to 17:00. There will be musical entertainment, a bar, and catering.
